Contact Hottie Something. Segarra Estates is ever expanding and we are in need of some good sales people. We need people with some solid RL sales experience to join our team.
The Perfect Candidate will have the following:
-At least 2 years of RL sales experience
-Have the confidence to sell in any setting
-The ability to close a deal quickly and confidently
-Have a good knowledge about how to network and make connections in SL
-have a code of honor and ethics
-the desire to commit to this position on a long term basis
The successful candidate should also have:
-energy and drive and an enthusiasm for generating sales
-an engaging, interactive and inquisitive demeanor
-be willing to work on commission basis (see payment structure below)
-have the desire to make some serious $L
Commission structure
50% of the purchase price for parcels
25% of the purchase price on full sims
a guaranteed commission of 1000L on every sale
