Club Alpha in NekoZone is now hiring a club manager. Starts at L$100 an hour with a L$50/hr bonus when 10 or more people are at the club.
DUTIES:
Organize dancer's, escort's, DJ's schedules.
Host events.
Suggest new things for the club or changes. Manager's suggestions are always taken very seriously.
Hire/Fire dancers, escorts, and DJs.
Take complaints and fix problems the employees may be having with eachother and/or the customer(s).
QUALIFICATIONS (required)
Must be very organized.
Must be a member of Second Life for more than two months.
Must be willing and able to take and pass a hiring examination containing 20 basic club management related questions.
Must speak fluent English. (You do not have to be in the USA)
OTHER RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS (not required)
Previous work as a manager of another club or business.
More than one year of Second Life membership.
